Invoice Builder is the product on invoicebuilder.co.za. It is for freelancers, contractors, and small businesses in South Africa who need to send invoices and quotations without buying a package or entering a credit card.
You can create unlimited invoices and unlimited quotations. There is no paid plan to upgrade to.
What you can do
Create a free account. Confirm the email address we send you, then fill in your business profile. After that, sign in and use the app at /app/.
- Set your company name, phone, and email. Address and logo are optional. Choose a currency symbol, a VAT percentage, whether VAT is on by default, payment terms, and an invoice template.
- Create invoices and quotations with line items, discounts, notes, and the payment terms you want printed on the document.
- Turn VAT on for a document and set the rate, so you can issue a VAT invoice with your own business details and logo.
- Save clients — name, company, email, phone, and address — and reuse them on the next document.
- Print a document or download a PDF.
- Email the PDF to your client through the site. Replies go to the company or account email you choose.
- Convert a quotation into an invoice when the work is approved.
