The Studio template is aimed at design, salons, and photo work. The Modern template is aimed at agencies and consultants. Either one prints your name, an optional logo, the client, the lines, and the total.
Set the currency symbol to R. Upload a logo if you want it on the PDF. Company address is optional. Email the PDF from the invoice, and the client can reply to the email address you set.
- Create a free account. Confirm the email, then add your name, phone, and email.
- Save the client once and reuse those details on the next invoice.
- Send a quotation first if the client has not approved the work. The steps are on the Quotation template page.
- Leave VAT off unless you are VAT registered. The VAT invoice page says what the PDF includes.
What this is not
Invoice Builder prepares and sends invoices and quotations. It does not keep books, connect to a bank, or run payroll. Contractors who invoice for labour and materials can use the Trade and workshop invoice page.
